This policy explains what Steadyrise Garage Door Co. collects when you visit our website, call or text us, book a repair or have us work at your home or business, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Booking details you send us: name, phone, email, address, the door problem and your preferred window
Call and text details such as your number and the time of the call
Photos of your door or opener that you choose to send us
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages visited and device type
How we use it
To call or text you back, quote the job and send a technician
To confirm the address and access details for the visit
To send your itemized invoice and answer warranty questions
To improve our service and website
We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run dispatch, payments and email, and only as much as they need.
Gate codes and keypad codes
Gate codes, keypad codes and opener app details you share for a visit are stored with that job only and deleted when the job closes, unless you ask us to keep them for next time.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for three years for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
