What we do
Most opener problems are a stripped drive gear, a misaligned safety sensor, a worn trolley or a logic board that took a power surge. We test the door by hand first, because a door that is hard to lift will wear out any opener.
Gear and sprocket kits, trolleys, sensors and logic boards
Remotes and keypads reprogrammed on site
Force and travel limits set, auto-reverse tested
1-year labor warranty, parts per manufacturer
If the opener is older than about 15 years, we give you the repair price and the replacement price side by side.
Common questions
Is it the opener or the door?
If the door is heavy or crooked when you lift it by hand, it’s the door. We check that first so you don’t pay for an opener repair that won’t last.
My door goes down and comes right back up.
That is usually the safety sensors by the floor. Wipe both lenses and check that both lights glow steady. If that doesn’t fix it, book the $79 visit.
Do you repair any opener?
We repair most chain, belt and screw drive openers made in the last 20 years and stock the common parts on every truck.
