These terms apply to garage door repairs, installations and service plans booked with Steadyrise Garage Door Co. in the Omaha, Nebraska area, by phone, online or in person.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are flat or starting prices in US dollars and exclude sales tax
You receive the price on the phone and a confirmed total in your driveway before work begins
If the total changes and you decline, you pay only the $79 service call
Access and safety
We work on doors at properties you own, rent with permission or manage. We may pause a job if a door, track or opener is unsafe to work on until it is secured.
Parts and warranty
Springs we install carry a 3-year parts and labor warranty. Other repairs carry 1 year on labor and the manufacturer’s warranty on parts. Full terms are on our warranty page.
Existing damage
We note dents, rust and worn parts before we start. If a repair is not safe without replacing a damaged section, we explain why and quote it before we continue.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete, by card, mobile wallet, check or cash. New doors need a 30% deposit when ordered. Business accounts may be invoiced with 30-day terms.
Rescheduling
Scheduled windows can be moved free of charge up to 2 hours before the window starts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
